Both Juvéderm® and Restylane® use Hyaluronic acid (HA) to add volume and address age-related skin laxity. Sculptra® utilizes Poly-L-Lactic Acid for a similar effect. The active ingredient used can impact the longevity of results, with Sculptra offering results for up to 24 months. HA fillers typically produce results for six to eighteen months. With all options, results can be maintained through routine touch-ups.
