For women who desire enhanced cleavage and more fullness in the upper pole of the breast, a more cohesive implant, such as the Inspira Soft touch or Inspira Cohesive, may be best. For enhanced fullness in the lower pole and a more “natural” look, the Inspira Responsive implant may be best.
